We are pleased to announce that our company has been adopted by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) as a recipient of the “New Innovative Project for Strategic Energy Conservation Technology”.

Research theme: Development of high thermal conductivity and high voltage resistant resin sheet that enables high density mounting of power modules
Subsidy amount: 200 million yen(approx.$1,500,000)
